Crop sensitivity:
When Azoxifen is used in the recommended doses, the crop can tolerate it. Some apple varieties are sensitive to Azoxifen, so caution should be exercised. Azoxifen should not be used if there is a risk of spray dispersion to neighboring apple orchards.
General Recommendations:
- Pressure: 40 PSI.
- Spray droplet size: 200-400 microns.
- Lance: Soft open.
- Spraying rate per hectare: Approx. 1,000 Liters (more or less depending on leaves volume).
Environmental Hazard & Acute Toxicity:
- Not toxic to birds & low toxicity to bees.
- Toxic to fish.
- Avoid contaminating water sources during handling, using, spraying or disposal of pesticide.
Compatibility:
It is preferable not to mix Azoxifen with any other pesticide in the form of EC (Emulsion Concentrate) when spraying Tomato crops.
- It can be mixed with most common fungicides and insecticides, taking into account the previous warning. It is recommended to conduct an initial mixing test before use.
