EMAVAP is as non-systemic insecticide which penetrates leaf tissues by translaminar movement, stop feeding and subsequently die after 2-4 days of lepidopteran insects.

Product Description

Toxicity Class: WHO III, Caution.

Direction for Use: Add EMAVAP to a small amount of water, stir well, add the solution to the water tank and stir again.

General Recommendations:

  • Pressure: 40 PSI.
  • Spray droplet size: 200-400 microns.
  • Lance: Soft open
  • Spraying rate per hectare: Approx. 1,000 Liters (more or less depending on leaves volume).

Environmental Hazard & Acute Toxicity: High toxicity on bees and fish, medium toxicity on birds.

Compatibility: Compatible with most pesticides approved in spraying programs except alkaline ones; don’t mix it with mancozeb.

Precautionary Statements:

  • Wear protective clothing when preparing the solution (gloves, mask…) and avoid inhaling spray mist.
  • Do not eat, drink or smoke when spraying the pesticide.
  • After spraying, wash hands, face and clothes with soap and water.
  • Avoid skin contact.
  • Do not apply when windy.

First Aid Instructions:

  • Move the injured person from the pesticide’s source of exposure and call a Physician immediately.
  • Do not give the injured person any liquids or force the injured person to vomit if unconscious or suffering from convulsions.
  • In case of inhalation: Move the injured person to a well ventilated area and call a Physician if necessary.
  • In case of swallowing: Do not force the injured person to vomit and consult a Physician for treatment.
  • In case of skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing & wash skin well with soap & water.

Wash contaminating clothes before reusing.

  • In case of eye contact: Wash well with water for 15 minutes and if any symptoms occurred call a Physician immediately.

Toxicological Information:

  • Antidote: unavailable, treatment is carried out based on symptoms.
  • Re-entry Period: Do not enter into treated areas for 24 hours.

 

Notice to user: EMAVAP should be used in accordance with the instructions on the label.

Disposal of empty packaging: Empty sachets should be washed 3 times and adding the solution to the spray tank then disposing empty sachets as per the recommended ways after tearing, in a safe place away from water sources.
