Terms of Use

These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of najjaragriculture.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Najjar Agricultural & Trading Co. (“Najjar”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

1. About us

The Site is operated by Najjar Agricultural & Trading Co., a company established in Lebanon, with its registered address at Al Wakf Building, 2nd Floor, Verdun, Beirut, Lebanon.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to the use of the Site only. They do not govern the sale or supply of products. Any sale or supply is subject exclusively to the terms of the relevant supply agreement or quotation issued by Najjar.

Use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and our Product-Use Disclaimer, which form part of these Terms.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, to obtain information about Najjar and its products and services and to contact us. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, or introduce malicious code;
• copy, extract or collect the content of the Site systematically, by automated means or otherwise, without our prior written consent;
• submit information through the Site that is false, misleading or unlawful.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, without notice, including for maintenance or security reasons.

4. Product information

Product information on the Site is published in good faith and is drawn from product labels and registration data. It is a summary only. The label on the pack is the legal reference for each product and must be read in full and followed before use.

Registration status may change. A product shown on the Site may cease to be registered or available, and the Site may not reflect such changes immediately. Najjar does not warrant that any product shown on the Site is available at any given time.

5. No offer and no advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a price quotation or a binding commitment by Najjar. Quotations are issued only in writing in response to a specific request.

Agronomic content on the Site is general information. It does not take account of your crop, conditions or circumstances, it does not constitute advice for a specific situation, and it does not replace an assessment in the field by a qualified agronomist.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including its text, design, graphics and photography, and the Najjar name, logo and marks, is owned by or licensed to Najjar Agricultural & Trading Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product brands, labels and safety data sheets belong to their respective manufacturers and are reproduced on the Site under distribution arrangements.

You may view the Site and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial reference. No other use, reproduction, modification or distribution of the content is permitted without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we take reasonable care to keep the information on it accurate and up to date, we give no warranty, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Najjar shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, the Site, or reliance on any information published on it.

In particular, Najjar accepts no liability for outcomes where products are stored, mixed or applied otherwise than in accordance with the label.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Third-party websites

The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those websites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or practices.

10. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time. We may also amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the use of the Site, are governed by Lebanese law. The courts of Beirut shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
